Our Teams
Recruitment Services
Our Recruitment team are here to guide candidates through the initial application stage. The team will help you complete your online application before arranging for you to attend one of our registration days where you will be required to bring original copies of documents to prove your identity and right to work in the UK.
On receipt of these documents, the team will forward your application to Royal Mail for security clearance and criminal record checks. If you successfully pass this stage, you will be hired as an Angard worker at which point your details will be passed on to our Deployment team.

Workforce Planning
The Workforce Panning team work closely with Royal Mail Managers at local mail centres and are the main point of contact regarding shifts and work. Once you have successfully registered with Angard Staffing, the Deployment team will contact you to find out about your availability for work and arranging your first induction shift at your chosen location.
On successful completion of your induction shift, one of our dedicated consultants will work with you on an ongoing basis to arrange work at your chosen mail centre based on Royal Mail’s resource requirements.

Payroll Services
The Payroll team are responsible for processing timesheets submitted by local mail centres every week, ensuring workers are paid correctly and on time. The team payroll over 10,000 workers every week across the UK as well as handling pay queries, arranging statutory payments and reference requests.
