How to apply
You can search our current vacancies and complete an application by clicking on the button below.
Step 01: Complete your online application
You can view all of our current vacancies under the “Jobs with Angard” page. Find the role you would like to apply for and click on the link to complete your online application where you will be taken to Angard’s application page for your chosen role. Please note that all applications must be made online and you can only make one application. Applications for multiple locations are not permitted. The application itself is relatively easy and should take no longer than 15 minutes. Please make sure you have to hand your 5 year work history including start and end dates, as well as your 5 year address history as these will be asked for during the application process. Angard Staffing will receive notification once you have completed your online application.
Step 02: Bring your documents
After completing your online application, you will be invited to a registration day. Depending on the time of the year, this can be anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks after you have completed your online application.
Registration days are limited to 24 people and are offered on a first come first serve basis. You will be sent a link via email to book yourself in when a registration day becomes available. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we recommend you check your emails regularly and book yourself in at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment.
You will need to bring with you 2 passport sized photos for your Angard ID badge, an original document proving your current address as well as documents to prove your identity, prove your National Insurance number, your right to work in the UK as well as proof of a current bank account in your own name. A full outline of the documents you will need to bring to the registration day will be provided by email at the point of invitation.
Step 03: Security Checks
Copies of your original documents will be sent to our head office and attached to your online application before being forwarded on to Royal Mail for initial stage 1 security checks. If you pass this stage then your application will be processed by Disclosure Scotland/The Disclosure and Barring Service for criminal record checks (stage 2 checks). Stage 1 checks take between 1-2 days, whilst stage 2 checks can take up to 11 days. If you successfully pass stage 2 checks, you will be hired as an Angard Casual Worker at which point our Deployment Team will be in touch with you to arrange your first induction shift.
