Forklift Driver – Milton Keynes Magna Park

Angard Staffing are recruiting for Forklift drivers at Milton Keynes Outhouse.

We’re looking for individuals that are flexible in their working approach as on occasion you may be asked to stay on after the proposed end time or start earlier, it also good for you to know that this role is physically demanding & can involve working unsociable hours depending on the demand.

We’re looking for individuals that are flexible in their working approach as on occasion you may be asked to stay on after the proposed end time or start earlier.

We’re looking for someone that is comfortable with the below:

• 50% of work Forklift Truck Driving, 50% of work general warehouse work
• Moving and Sorting Mail Segregating different types of mail
•  Operating sorting machines
• Sorting letters and packets manually
• Shift work
• Safety awareness
• Following standard processes & operating procedures

 Skills and Experience              

• MUST have Counterbalance Forklift Licence, you will be asked to provide this during your recruitment process.
• Clear Criminal Record Check
•  Good understanding of English language
• Good quality of spoken English
• Physically fit enough to complete and carry out a physically demanding role
• Previous experience within a warehouse environment is preferred
• Candidates will be required to lift heavy mail sacks, weighing up to 20kg each

Working Restrictions  

• Must be 18 years old or over

Pay rates:

• Early shift (between 6am – 2pm) – £14.88
• Late Shift (between 2pm – 10pm) – £16.23
• Night Shift (between 10pm – 6am) – £17.44
